Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your products. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

• Change of Mind Returns:
• Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
• Refunds issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.
• Exclusions:
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
• We do not accept returns on opened products due to hygiene reasons.
